It is really exhausting to spend a day listening to generalizations and big picture ideas when I am more detail oriented. This is kind of what happened to me today. I really tend to want to get down to the "nitty gritty" quickly and plan out ideas based on a schedule and timeframe versus planning based on ideas and content. It is a struggle to work opposite of that and try to solve problems without first setting the parameters.
It will definitely be added to my list of things to work on...I need to be adaptable and change my style based on those surrounding me...and if we need to lead others by using sweeping generalizations, big picture ideas, and global thoughts...then, so be it...I will wave my magic wand and make it work!
